A Colorado native with over 18 years of culinary experience, Executive Chef Adrian Alvarado has had a passion for food since he was very young, enjoying locally foraged foods from the mountain states region. Adrian enrolled in culinary school in Utah, studying under Classical French Chef, Carl Fessinger. It was here Adrian became involved and is still an active competitor in American Culinary Federation sanctioned competitions with numerous awards. Chef Adrian’s experience is diverse, having worked for Sheraton, Whole Foods, Nordstrom and the successful Caffee Niche in Salt Lake City. Adrian found his way back home to Colorado in 2012 and reunited with the Sheraton brand serving as our Executive Chef since January 2016. He is looking forward to growing our new signature restaurant Beau’s Kitchen & Tavern.
